Working Method
What holds across projects
The form changes. The standard travels.
A civic tracker, an operations workflow, and a long essay solve different problems. They still need a trustworthy record, a usable structure, and language proportionate to what is actually known.

Follow the record
Official documents, meeting records, and attributable reporting establish the boundary. Open questions stay open until the evidence moves.

Build for use
The work should help someone understand, navigate, compare, or decide. A clean interface still has to survive contact with the real task.

Keep the human cost visible
Policies and workflows eventually land on a person’s time, access, effort, dignity, or opportunity. That consequence belongs in the system map.
